Does my meeting audio leave my Mac?
No. Recording, transcription, speaker labeling, analysis, and search all run on your Mac. Your audio and transcripts are never uploaded, streamed, or stored on a server.
What do I need to run it?
An Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, with at least 16 GB of memory. Larger on-device models unlock automatically on machines with more RAM.
How is this different from cloud meeting notetakers?
Most notetakers send meeting audio to their servers. Hush keeps the work on the Mac in front of you.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the models are on disk, Hush runs with no network connection and can be deployed on isolated or air-gapped machines.
Can I use it for sensitive or confidential meetings?
Yes. Hush was built for legal, finance, healthcare, M&A, government, and other work where sending conversations to an outside cloud is not acceptable.
How do I get access?
